Simple Pleasures and Small Sadnesses

I am the sort of person who is only organised in some aspects of life - plans, stuff in the kitchen and books. Today was one of those days (there are many days this happens) when I rearranged my manga bookshelf, at the moment I'm happy with the general layout I just had to move some to fit Flame of Recca back in having recently bought 2 new volumes and taken the other 22 out for rereading. :) This was a very enjoyable thing to do this evening as I truly love sorting out my books and making them neat but in having to rearrange it caused the volumes of Fushigi Yugi to be separated onto different shelves. Therefore this is the slightly saddening irksome thing added to my joyous evening as Fushigi Yugi was the very first manga series that I owned all the volumes to and I strived to always keep them together. So why not just move other books to different shelves and leave Fushigi Yugi together? Well I could do that, and have in the past, but this time alphabetical order is more important than keeping volumes on the same shelf. Maybe that will change tomorrow. :P

Changes for the Better

I have been wondering what to post now that I have actually created a blog but I have decided that I need to just write and share and stop trying to find the perfect thing. So how to start . . . well that I am not perfect for one, I have my own lack of self confidence, loneliness, procrastination and what I find most difficult of all being able to motivate myself. But I am trying to change and feel that I have went through a lot of change in the last year and have grown up a lot.

So Big Change Number 1: I'm moving out into my own (small) flat! I am extremely excited by this and most of my fears are now forgotten due to all the positives.
Big Change Number 2: I have decided to try not to care, on the most part, about things to do with other people if they are less important, nothing to do with me or if it is something I have already tried and failed and should now butt out of.
Big Change number 3: Due to moving into a new flat I hope to start vlogging and to blog more (if I will manage this I have no idea.)

I hope that moving out will give me the freedom and relaxation that I have always felt it will bring and that my new attitude to people will take stress off of me.

Hi there!

I have decided to start blogging, not because I am a particularly good writer or because I want to be. I just simply have a lot of things to say, sadly and especially about things that annoy me but hopefully there will be lots of nice things too. I also wish to start vlogging but I thought starting with a blog would be the right way to go, possibly. :P

So an introduction then – I go by PineappleRisa online, I’m 19, I live in Scotland and I’m half German. I read a lot of manga, watch Doctor Who, occasionally play DnD, read some more manga, go to the cinema and try to see movies the day they come out, play Guild Wars 2, listen to music of many varieties and I do Furniture Craftsmanship with Design at College.
